Jodi A. Cook, Ph.D is the founder and CEO of Thesia Medical LLC.  She was the Director of the Hearing Aid Program at Mayo Clinic where she was responsible for the business unit’s success as well as clinical teaching, research and patient care.  Dr. Cook has been in senior management in two venture backed start-up device companies where she developed the clinical and regulatory strategy and led the development of the medical affairs team.  She has been responsible for managing international clinical research and launching product in the US and UK.  She is a 2008 graduate of the ACTiVATE program designed to provide expertise and guidance for entrepreneurs starting technology based companies. ACTiVATE is an award-winning entrepreneurial program of the University of Maryland Baltimore County, which was sponsored by the National Science Foundation.
